Return & Exchange

1. Refunds

All purchases made on ryohair.com.my are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Exchanges

In the event if you found the product is damaged, we do accept exchange of the same product.

Please follow the steps below for the exchange:

  • Email us at ryo_ecom@my.amorepacific.com with the order number and the picture of damaged product within 14 days after receiving the parcel.
  • Our customer service personnel will contact you within 5 working days to confirm on the exchange; and exchange process will be arranged where necessary
  • Product(s) must be returned in its original condition and all gifts that came along with the purchase must also be returned
  • Please note that the exchange here refers to purchases from ryohair.com.my only ; and exchange of online purchases cannot be done at any others RYO online/offline marketplace
